The MiM program starts well before classes begin! Review the checklist below – and check back regularly – for key deliverables that we’ll need you to complete before the semester starts.This list also indicates when important program information will be announced.

Upon Admission
- Submit your deposit and send all official test scores and transcripts to Georgetown McDonough; View your decision letter to see if any of your official documents are pending.
- Review the academic calendar.
- Claim your NetID found on your decision letter to access your Georgetown email.

International Students
- Begin the immigration document request process upon portal opening February 2, 2026.
Upon Deposit
- Begin your required quantitative preparation courses (Access and Date Pending)
- By June, set up your Georgetown email account.
- Start your housing search with the Georgetown MiM Housing Guide.
- Request any academic special accommodations needed.
Before You Arrive
- Make sure you have business casual and business professional attire ready for the opening term.
- May 2026 – MiM Careers Kickoff. Stay tuned for calendar invitations and Zoom links
- July 2026 – Attend MiM Summer Programming Launch (Zoom link will be sent in early July)
- July 2026 – Set up your GoCard, the official identification card of Georgetown University.
- August 22, 2026 – Fall Tuition payment due on GU Experience
- July 2026 – Complete all required quantitative preparation.
- July 2026 – Deadline to submit Immunization and Tuberculosis Screening Certificate forms.
After You Arrive
- August 2026 – International Student Orientation hosted by the Office of Global Services.
- August 3, 2026 – Begin Opening Term and Orientation
